A post for cultured and learned weblog readers; a hosting haiku.

One hosting haiku? We are web hosts, not poets. The effort is here.

Haiku Picture

I cannot break free. The five-seven-five structure, it holds me captive.

A very nice post.

More haiku’s in the future?

That would be quite nice… :)

Just wanted to point out that Kevin himself took this picture, and it’s the most awesomely romantic picture of a Mac in existence. It deserves at least to be a widely viral picture-based Internet meme.

Send the Apple fanatic in your life this picture. It will be like a warm cup of coffee on a dewy summer morning.

In response to several interested parties, I felt this comment was necessary.

I am sorry, but I am not available to be your personal photographer… unless you pay me a whole lot of money. I give everyone complete liberty to take that picture and frame it on their wall or distribute it to their favorite Mac-lover. You can even claim that you took the picture and save yourself some money on presents.

I’d like to thank the park bench near my house, my PowerBook, the tree losing its leaves, and the setting sun… Without those, this picture would have never been possible (literally).

I can just see picture this going on a despair.com poster…

The Sepia Effect: Now you don’t even have to buy a fancy camera to become a fake photographer.

It’s like nobody noticed my haiku above :( ;)

I wasn’t trying to speak badly-formed English, honest!

Have no fear, Pete, I noticed it! I don’t know if I can muster any kind of creativity like that in the near future… That post was one of the toughest ones to put together; then again, I had to wait for the perfect shadows for the picture. :-)
